Job Placement Facilitator
Summit Academy OIC, a non-profit adult education and vocational training center, is seeking a skilled and experienced Job Placement Facilitator who is interested in a full-time job opportunity. Candidates will have a degree or certification from an accredited institution in the area of Education, Counseling, Human Service or Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate and assess current and graduate students of various abilities and diverse backgrounds, conduct interviews and recommend placement of the most qualified students for various job opportunities. Candidates must be able to develop effective working relationships with corporations, non-profits community partners and government agencies to identify employment needs and provide advocacy and consultative advice on recruiting issues and trends.
