The Pre-Apprentice Welding program is offered in partnership with Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC). Phase I takes place at Summit where students learn the basics of construction. Phase II takes place at MCTC, where students will learn functional training in construction welding, rigging, structural steel erection, architectural, ornamental and reinforcing ironworking, and construction drawing.
