Adult Enrollment Process

General

1. First, get more information about the program you’re interested in by attending an information sessions. Information Sessions are offered at 10am every Wednesday  at Summit Academy OIC.

2. Take a reading and math entrance exam. You will need to score at a 7th grade level in math and at a 9th grade level in reading for admission. If you do not pass the test on the first try, Summit can connect you with tutoring to help you pass.
3. Next, you’ll need to be prepared to provide the following items either in person, by fax, or by mail:
   • Picture ID,
   • Most recent tax return,
   • Copy of high school diploma or GED, and
   • Completed FAFSA (Financial Aid Forms) to determine your eligibility for financial aid.

Once you have attended an information session, complete the steps below.

Carpentry and Community Health/CNA students

• Print transcript request 
• Create student account
• Submit admissions application
• Schedule reading and math entrance exams

Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) students

• Complete the PSEO application with your parents and high school counselor
• Create student account
• Submit admissions application
• Schedule reading and math entrance exams
