The Career and Technology Center (CTC) has always been at the core of the OIC's mission to assist people to become contributing, self-sufficient members of their communities. SAOIC continues to be responsive to the expressed needs of students, communities and employers. SAOIC strives to provide program options that are directed toward students' desire to make a rapid transition to the job market at a time when the job market is especially challenging. SAOIC's Career and Technology Center offers the vocational skills training necessary for adults to succeed in today's completive workforce. The CTC provides academic and career counseling, life management and job readiness skills, job placement and retention services, financial aid to eligible students, and a seamless connection to resources needed to sustain training and employment.
