Hiring & Training Partnerships
Summit provides its partners with trained, pre-screened applicants ready for the construction and healthcare trades, including women and people of color to meet minority hiring goals. In addition, our partners gain the opportunity to provide input into classroom curriculum, a hiring pool of graduates equipped with the necessary skills and a connection with the community. Summit is a partner and resource for the long term and will continue to proactively work to meet the current and future business needs of the industry.
