Construction

Starting with safety and moving into construction basics, industry-skilled instructors prepare students with the skills they need to work in the trade successfully. Choose between Carpentry or Electrician programs. Both programs offer extensive hands-on training that reflects real-world experience during the 20-weeks.

Construction

The construction programs are designed to provide students with entry-level skills in the construction field through classroom and hands-on training completed in two 10-week phases. During Phase I, students learn construction safety and fundamentals in the construction industry. During Phase II, students move into program-specific information and participate in hands-on construction projects.

Programs

Carpentry

Fabricate wood or metal buildings both internally and externally.

Learn basic skills to use hand tools, build framework and install products such as windows, doors and moldings.

Electrician

Install wiring to bring electricity to buildings

Install and maintain all of the electrical and power systems for homes, businesses and factories.
